Doreen Norris is an elderly woman who lives in the same apartment building as Karen and Andy.
Child's Play (2019)
After Chucky kills Shane and gives his skinned face to Andy as a present, he wraps the face in wrapping paper and attempts to dispose of it. He is spotted by Karen, and lies that it is a gift for Doreen for helping him with his homework. Before she can unwrap it, Andy convinces her to leave it so they can open it together for his birthday next week.
Planning on getting the present back, Andy joins Doreen and Mike for dinner. During dinner, she announces that she has downloaded the Kaslan app, which hails a Kaslan Kar to the user's location and drives them to their destination. While this is happening, Chucky watches them from the janitor's hidden cameras in the apartment. After Andy helps her, she remarks that he is her new best friend, which Chucky hears and is angered to find Andy has replaced him.
Death
Later that night, Doreen is getting ready to leave for Bingo much to Mike's dismay. He tells her he does not want her going outside alone and to wait for him to get off work to drive her, but she brushes him off by remarking that she can take care of herself. She leaves the apartment and hails a Kaslan Kar. Meanwhile, Andy accesses Omar's phone and discovers that Chucky is following Doreen as she enters the car. Andy runs after the car in the rain yelling for her to stop the car, but she does not hear him and simply waves at him as the car drives away.
Once the car arrives at the Bingo Hall, she tries to exit the car to meet up with her friends, but the car abruptly drives backwards. She speaks into her phone to have the car pull over, but it only says that is does not understand. It drives around the parking lot before stopping in front of Chucky, who reveals that he is controlling the car and causes it to spin rapidly around the lot. Speaking to her through the car speakers about stealing his best friend, Chucky turns her airbag off and disengages her seatbelt before driving straight into another car. As he taunts her through the car's speakers, he suddenly appears next to her and stabs her to death. Mike is later called to the crime scene and sees a white tarp covering her body, to reveal Chucky's knife left in her chest.
