Father O'Malley is a priest at the Catholic reformatory school, Incarnate Lord.
Chucky: Season 2 (2022)[]
When Father O'Malley is alone, Nadine approaches him as she wants to confess, as a lot has happened to her over the week. He tells her that the confessional booth is closed for the day, but Nadine really wants to talk to him and insists that it won't take longer than 45 minutes. He quickly packs up his things saying that he has to be elsewhere, and heads for the door. Nadine tells him that she will be back to confess tomorrow, but O'Malley remarks that she can instead have a good, long pray. With her insistence on confessing her sins, he sighs and tells her he will see her tomorrow.
Death[]
The next day, Nadine enters the confessional booth with Father O'Malley. As Nadine confesses, he takes a swig from his flask, unaware that Chucky is behind him. O'Malley is strangled to death with a rosary, to the point that the rosary snaps and the beads fall onto the floor. Chucky pretends to be O'Malley to finish the confession, telling Nadine that her penance is 400 "Hail Marys".
