- "Oh, you both win. I'm a real lady-killer, if you catch my drift. I'm a bona fide bonus baby!"
- ―Glenda to Chucky and Tiffany.
Glenda is a child of the killer dolls, but as the unborn twin of Glen [1]. They are only able to take control of the body when Glen is stressed.
Bride of Chucky (1998)
They were born from their dying mother Tiffany in the Hackensack Cemetery. Shortly after, they attacked the detective who witnessed their birth. It is unknown whether Glenda or Glen was the one responsible for killing the detective.
Seed of Chucky (2004)
For some reason, Glenda remained dormant in Glen's body for six years, while Glen had been found and taken in by Psychs. When Glen escapes from Psychs and goes to Hollywood to find their parents and resurrects them, they question their gender. They find them without genitalia, causing Tiffany to see this as a sign that she is a girl, but Chucky thinks he is a late bloomer. They name the child as Glen/Glenda.
Whenever Glen witnesses their parents killing, their eye begins to twitch. Under a severe amount of stress from seeing Tiffany kill Redman, Glenda is finally able to take over. Once Joan enters Jennifer's house, Glenda uses a lighter and hair spray to set her on fire, causing her to fall off the balcony and kill herself. Chucky approaches Glenda, who is pretending to cry, thinking that they are Tiffany. However he is shocked to find it is really Glenda, who begins to laugh hysterically and refers to themself as a "bonus baby". Tiffany tires of their crazed rants and slaps them, making Glen come back.
With help from a voodoo pregnancy brought on by Chucky's sperm, Jennifer Tilly gives birth to twins. Glenda briefly shows themself when they are excited that one of the twins is a girl. When Chucky is preparing the chant to allow Glen and Glenda to enter the babies' bodies, the police arrive. As Jennifer screams for help, Tiffany yells at Chucky to complete the chant. The stress of the situation causes Glen's eye to twitch and Glenda to reappear, who then shouts at Chucky to do the ritual.
Glen and Glenda finally are split after switching souls with the babies, and Tiffany raises the twins (as Jennifer Tilly). After five years, Glenda has become a problem child, so much so that their nanny Fulvia decides to quit. She explains to Tiffany that Glenda gave a boy a bloody nose and took photos for show-and-tell, called their cat a "c---", and had been stealing money from her purse. While she sees Glen as an angel, she is afraid of Glenda and the hate-filled way they look at her. As Tiffany kindly says goodbye, Fulvia turns around and sees Glenda staring at her eerily. When she turns back, Glenda takes great joy in watching their mother beat the nanny to death with her doll body. Tiffany then looks at Glenda, making them promise not to tell anyone of her little "slip".
Chucky: Season 2 (2022)
Glen and Glenda have been continuing to live their lives as humans, believing Jennifer Tilly is their mother. Neither of them have any recollection of their past lives as dolls, other than in their dreams. The twins visit their mother in her Beverly Hills mansion. When she falls asleep drunk, they sneak over to her locked bedroom door and discover Nica Pierce gagged inside. After hearing Nica's story, they agree to help Nica escape and follow her plan to take her to a safe place. After the twins leave the room, Glenda comes back to retrieve their knife, accidentally cutting their finger. Nica sees this, allowing Chucky to take over. He explains to Glenda that he is their father, but they hesitate to believe him as they think their real father abandoned them as a child. Chucky then uses the nickname "Shitface", suddenly bringing a familiar realization to Glenda. They then agree to Chucky's plan to get revenge on Tiffany, and kill her.
The twins arrive again three months later at Jennifer Tilly's mansion in Beverly Hills, invited by Tiffany to celebrate their 18th birthdays. They fill Tiffany in on their lives, as they are both dating a man named Paul and are doing well in school. They then switch the subject to Tiffany, as they both have concerns over her not leaving the house in over a year and that she is running out of money. Glenda flat out asks Tiffany who Nica Pierce is, which startles her. She admits knowing Nica, but claims that she was mentally unwell and stalking her. When Glen leaves the room, Glenda asks Tiffany about their childhood and if they ever hurt anybody, as they have recurring nightmares of killing Joan and Chucky encouraging them. Tiffany simply states it is only their imagination, which Glenda does not believe as neither they nor Glen have ever felt "whole".
As part of Nica's plan, they secretly put together a surprise party, inviting Jennifer Tilly's old friends over to her house to keep her distracted. The guests include Gina Gershon, Joe Pantoliano, Sutton Stracke, and Jennifer's sister Meg Tilly. The twins are thrilled to finally meet their aunt Meg in person, as they are big fans and want to get into acting as well. As the evening progresses, Tiffany has to remove the butler she hired, Jeeves, from the party to guard Nica's bedroom door downstairs. Jeeves unknowingly drinks from a champagne bottle poisoned by Glenda and dies, and is found by Tiffany and the party guests. She then pretends to be hosting a murder mystery party, with the goal of finding out who killed Jeeves.
During the commotion, Glen rescues Nica from the bedroom and they head for the elevator. The sight of Joe's corpse inside the elevator allows Chucky to take over Nica's body, confusing Glen. Glenda sneaks up behind them and knocks Glen unconscious, then gives Chucky his prosthetic arms and wheels him into Tiffany's party. However, when Chucky tries to shoot Tiffany, he discovers that there are no bullets in the gun. Tiffany slaps him, causing Nica to come back. Just then, Glen runs into the room and yells for Nica to follow them. She hurriedly wheels herself and leaves the room, with Glenda running after the both of them. They stop when they see Glen, who has decided to stay with Tiffany. Glenda is still adamant about leaving, and runs out of the gate and into Kyle's waiting van.
They head for Incarnate Lord, as the Chucky in Nica's head has told her that there is someone there who will help them separate. During the journey, they stop at a hotel for the night. In the morning, Glenda wakes from another nightmare of killing Joan. They text Glen, who shows them a picture of the Glen doll. Glenda is unsure of what to think, and walks out of the bedroom to Kyle and Nica in the living room. They decide to talk to the Chucky in Nica's body, with Kyle holding him at gunpoint for safety. Chucky asks Glenda to kill Kyle for him, swatting the gun from her hands for them to take. Although they pick up the gun, they hesitate as Chucky badgers them to kill her. Glenda asks Kyle to turn him back, so she slaps him. As Nica regains control, the three hear on the news that Jennifer Tilly is wanted for questioning in connection to the multiple homicides that occurred at her burned down mansion. The news ends with the statement that Glen and Glenda are also wanted for questioning, and a manhunt is underway.
Glenda, Kyle and Nica arrive at Incarnate Lord by midnight. Kyle works out a plan with Dr. Mixter to perform an exorcism on Good Chucky to allow Nica and the Chucky inside her to separate. While everyone prepares for the exorcism, Glenda confronts Chucky, who is bound by ropes and locked in a bookcase. They demand to know why both them and Glen were lied to their whole lives about their upbringing and who they really are. Dodging the question, Chucky tells them he will explain everything after they get him the Bowie knife he stashed away behind the church organ. Frustrated, Glenda retorts that neither he nor Tiffany were ever there for their children, leaving Glen and Glenda as essentially orphans. As they walk away, Chucky shouts to them that no matter what they think, they are still his child and a killer at heart.
In order for the exorcism to work, everyone involved must confess to Father Bryce and do their penance. In the confessional booth, Glenda explains how they always thought how great it would be to finally know their father, and also themself. However, meeting Chucky has only left them feeling more lost than ever. Glenda then asks Father Bryce to say a prayer for Glen, as they miss them, and also admits to killing the butler. In the evening, the exorcism commences. Everyone restrains Chucky as they chant and Father Bryce throws holy water on him. Eventually Chucky's soul is freed from the doll, at the expense of Father Bryce who is possessed and his body exploded by Chucky, killing them both. They then proceed with the soul transfer, separating the Chucky from Nica's body and allowing him to possess the Good Guy doll. As Sister Ruth enters the chapel holding Lexy hostage, Dr. Mixter is allowed to take Chucky away. When Sister Ruth attempts to sacrifice Lexy in God's name, Glenda throws a knife straight into her eye and kills her. This allows Andy to grab Sister Ruth's gun and chase after Dr. Mixter, shooting Chucky to death. As everyone rushes after Dr. Mixter, Glenda stays behind and retrieves the knife, revealing it to be the Bowie knife belonging to Charles Lee Ray.
Outside the school, Glenda catches up with Nica, who admits that she did not know whose side Glenda was on. They explain that they are on their own side, as well as Glen's side. Just then, Tiffany's car arrives at Incarnate Lord, and Glen runs out to hug Glenda. This reunion is cut short as Nica tries to shoot Tiffany, only for Glen to take the bullet to protect their mother. Glen is carried back into the car by Glenda and Tiffany, and the three drive to the Hackensack hospital. Glenda stays by Glen's bedside as they are in a comatose state, with not much longer to live. With this grim news, Glenda decides that the two of them must return to their doll body to save Glen's life. As Tiffany is the only one who knows the ritual, Glenda and her come up with a plan to sneak her into the hospital and past the officer guarding Glen's room.
The following day, Glenda brings the doll and a voodoo book in their luggage, and causes the officer guarding the room to leave by spilling his coffee. This allows Tiffany, dressed up as a doctor, to sneak into Glen's room. Before they can proceed, the officer comes back and attempts to arrest Tiffany. She breaks a flower vase over his head, causing him to fall to the ground covered in water. From there, Glenda uses defibrillator paddles to electrocute him as the water he is drenched in causes his head to burst into flames. Tiffany finally completes the ritual, leaving Glen and Glenda's human bodies devoid of their souls as they are combined into the doll. They are hidden back into the luggage, allowing Tiffany to smuggle them out. Returning to a hotel room, Tiffany gives them a makeover as they decide to go by a new name, "GG". With their new freedom, they announce to Tiffany their plans to travel to England to explore their roots. GG says their goodbyes to their mother, and finally heads off on their own.
