Victim Number
Joanne is the 9th person Chucky kills after becoming a doll. However, Grace Poole mentions that "he" (Charles Lee Ray) "murdered a dozen people" (despite only having two confirmed victims). If one subtracts Vivian Van Pelt and Daniel Pierce from a dozen then that would leave ten other possible victims. This means Joanne can be Chucky/Charles' 9th, 11th, or even 21st victim.
