The drone is a semi-autonomous device. It goes from 0 to 100 MPH in under 6 seconds, and can climb to an altitude of 10 000 feet. The drone is self-heating, so it can fly in frigid weather. Its image processing brain is intelligent enough to independently make flight plans, learn the user's flying style, and simultaneously communicate with other Kaslan products. Advanced 5D heat-sensing maneuverability allows 18 sensors to react to distance, weather condition, threats, and smells, while staying fully connected to other Kaslan devices.

Additionally, the VAC provides proximity awareness, organic heat sensing, and powerful Vortex Hurricane technology effectively capturing pollen, dead skin, and bacterial particles. The VAC robot uses patented AI coupled Spider Sleds to provide industry leading maneuverability in any environment.
2019[]
A year prior, Kaslan unveiled their latest and most technologically advanced creation: the Buddi doll. These dolls are able to connect and control all other Kaslan products and smart home devices, such as hailing for a Kaslan Kar, remotely activating the television, flying the Kaslan drone, playing music on the Kaslan kOne speakers, operating the Kaslan VAC to clean the house, and controlling the temperature on the Kaslan HUB. In order for the dolls to control household devices, the users must download the Buddi app, and then the Kaslan app for other services like hailing a car. The newer model, the Buddi 2, is set to be released as an even more technologically advanced doll that comes in five different models.
Chucky initially is unable to connect to other Kaslan devices, but this is solved when he is repaired by Gabe. This allows him to overtake entire Kaslan systems, such as the Barclay's apartment building and the Zed-Mart store. Chucky disconnects the CCTV cameras and shuts off the basement lights in order to distract Gabe long enough to stab him in the leg. Controlling a Kaslan VAC, he moves it directly under Gabe's feet to make him trip. After getting on top of a buzzsaw table, Gabe notices it buckling and jumps up to grab onto the pipes above his head as the table falls. Chucky remotely turns the Kaslan HUB's temperature gauge up until the pipes begin overheating, causing Gabe to let go and fall onto the buzzsaw.
Later at the Zed-Mart store, Chucky controls all of the display televisions to taunt Andy by continuously playing video of him and Shane fighting. That night, Chucky decides to target Doreen while she is using a Kaslan Kar. Overtaking the system, he drives the car erratically while talking to her through the car speakers. He finally disengages her airbag and seatbelt before crashing into another vehicle, in order sneak up and to stab her to death. When Andy is alone in his apartment, Chucky remotely turns on his television in order to play video of Andy's friends questioning if he is the killer. He continues teasing the boy by talking to him through the Kaslan kOne speakers and HUB until Andy destroys them with a baseball bat.
Andy is forced to go with Karen to her shift at Zed-Mart during the midnight Buddi 2 release. Chucky takes control of the store, and shuts off all the lights. With the customers distracted by the glitching screen of Henry Kaslan, Chucky turns on everyone's Buddi apps and begins controlling all of the Kaslan drones to divebomb people running away and kill them. While speaking to Andy through his hearing aid, Chucky activates the building's lockdown sequence and the Buddi 2 Bears, which kill people by biting at their throats. Before Andy and his friends escape, Chucky uses the display televisions to reveal he has kidnapped Karen, forcing Andy to go back in to face the doll alone.
After the massacre at Zed-Mart, Henry Kaslan makes a public announcement that his company's investigation concluded that they share no responsibility for Chucky's murder spree. However, as a precaution they are recalling all Buddi 2 dolls for the time being. He insists at Kaslan the customer comes first, and they continue to believe every child deserves a friend to the end.
