Megan McVey is the former principal of Perry Middle School in Hackensack. She is also friends with Mayor Michelle Cross.
Chucky: Season 1 (2021)[]
After finding out about Lexy's GoFundMe created to mock Jake, her teacher Miss Fairchild keeps Lexy in the biology classroom to fetch Principal McVey. While she uses her iPhone, Chucky hops down from the table and blocks the exit. Much to Lexy's horror, the door pushes him forward, which scares her. Principal McVey and Miss Fairchild enter the room, and Lexy tells them she will take down the page and has to leave. McVey and Miss Fairchild have a quick chat, and she says she will make sure Lexy takes down the page, and then leaves.
A few days later, Miss Fairchild and Principal McVey call Jake's and Lexy's parents into a meeting over Lexy's bullying. Miss Fairchild shows them a video of the Halloween party where Lexy dressed as Lucas and acted out his death.
Death[]
During a town hall meeting, unknown to anyone, Principal McVey is decapitated by Chucky off-screen. After Detective Evans calls her out to explain about the new curfew, her head is thrown to the front of the stage. Chucky opens the curtains to show her headless body in a chair giving a thumbs up.

- Principal McVey is Chucky's 54th victim since Child's Play.
- Don Mancini was thrilled to cast Jana Peck as Principal McVey in the series, because he loved Jana's acting in Spectrum advertisements.
