Randall Jenkins is a man assigned to be President James Collins' body double.
Chucky: Season 3 (2023)[]
Following the murder of James Collins, Pryce calls in Randall to fill the president's position, in order to give them time to orchestrate their plan to make it seem like James died of a serious illness. He is brought in to stay in the Executive Residence in the evening. Charlotte follows him to his bedroom, instructing him to not let her children see him under any circumstances, and if he leaves to avoid the hall where her sons' rooms are.
Later on in the night, Randall hears a knock on his door while reading James' autobiography. Henry enters the room with Chucky, who proceeds to use a gun to take Randall hostage. He has Randall take them into the elevator, under the pretense that Henry had a bad dream and believes there are ghosts in the Situation Room. Randall witnesses Chucky shoot the elevator operator and the NORAD agent guarding the door to the Situation Room. Now inside, he is forced to pose as the president and contact the North American Aerospace Defense Command. With Chucky's instructions, he sets coordinates for nuclear missiles to hit Moscow, Pyongyang, and the North Pole.
Before Chucky can make him launch the nukes, he is distracted by Jake, Devon and Lexy entering the room. Jake manages to knock the doll down allowing Randall to steal his gun just as Pryce and Coop arrive, shooting Chucky through the heart. Although Randall aborts the launches, Chucky manages to send off the North Pole missile right before he dies.
The following day, Randall speaks with Charlotte in his bedroom, gushing over how he was ecstatic to get the call to be James' double. He felt very strongly about how James always stood by his beliefs, and reassures her that her family is strong and they will get through her husband's death. Pryce then enters the room, explaining to them that what they saw last night was the manifestation of Charles Lee Ray. He then discloses his plans to have Randall tape an announcement with the Collins family, explaining that James had been diagnosed with brain cancer and he is transferring the presidency to Spence.

Randall dead on the elevator floor, drenched in blood.
As Charlotte escaped the White House with Henry, Pryce has Randall go ahead with filming James' farewell video by himself. When he's finished, Pryce reveals that he never intended for Randall to leave the White House alive and a CIA agent, Frick, is going to administer a lethal injection.
Sprinting out of the room, Randall runs down the hall and into the elevator, but Frick is right behind him. They wrestle for the needle until blood starts to drip on them from above. The blood quickly begins flooding the elevator, trapping Randall and Frick inside. Before drowning in the blood, Randall sees the ghost of Charles Lee Ray laughing at him. By the time the elevator arrives on the first floor, both men are dead on the ground, drenched in blood.

- This is Devon Sawa's fifth character in the Child's Play franchise. He played Lucas and Logan Wheeler in season 1, Father Bryce in season 2, and James Collins in season 3.
