Samantha is the White House secretary, serving under President James Collins.
Chucky: Season 3 (2023)[]
After the power outage at the White House, James has a meeting in the Oval Office with Spence and Melanie to discuss the situation. Samantha interrupts their discussion, as James has a meeting scheduled with the Governor of Rhode Island in the East Room. Everyone leaves the Oval Office, but Chucky is left behind sitting on a chair.
Later that afternoon, James returns to Samantha to ask what he has next in his schedule. She informs him that his wife Charlotte is waiting upstairs in the Executive Residence to go over colour swatches. Before heading upstairs, James reenters the Oval Office to remove his jacket and tie, but becomes confused as he sees Chucky has moved from his chair to the Resolute Desk. James believes someone must have moved Chucky as a prank, but Samantha tells him that the only people that came in after James left were Spence, Melanie, his Secret Service Agent Coop, and herself.
The next day in the Oval Office, James, Charlotte and Spence are in a meeting with a government agent named Warren Pryce. As Samantha comes in to give James his mail, he asks if she has seen his letter opener, as it has gone missing.
Death[]
Samantha's death.
That evening, Samantha gives James his afternoon mail and asks if he ever found his letter opener. He replies that he has not, and mentions that he has also lost track of his son Henry's doll. As the work day is finished, Samantha begins to leave, but instead decides to look in the Oval Office for Henry's doll. She finds Chucky fairly quickly as he is lying on the ground, and picks him up. Suddenly, Chucky springs to life and slashes Samantha's neck twice with the letter opener. She falls to her knees and leans backwards, causing her head to nearly come clean off her neck, until she eventually collapses to the ground and dies. To keep the fact that there is a killer in the White House a secret, Pryce and Charlotte dispose of Samantha's corpse. A new secretary is hired, and Charlotte lies to James that Samantha left to check herself into rehab.
Despite her death, Samantha's ghost still lingers in the White House. While James is in the Oval Office, he sees a pool of blood manifest on the floor, slowly spreading outward. Upon closer inspection, he sees the reflection of the Samantha's death. When Charles Lee Ray enters the Spirit Realm, Samantha is acting as the secretary to the Oval Office where Damballa is waiting for him.
