- "The annual War Games have been an unbroken tradition here at Kent for over 50 years. Colonel Cochrane believed in the value of tradition. He not only would have wanted us to go on, he'd have ordered us to go on. Therefore, the War games will proceed as scheduled."
- ―Sergeant Clark at the War Games.
Sergeant Clark is an officer at the Kent Military school.
Child's Play 3 (1991)[]
While Clark works at the post office, a student named Tyler comes to ask if his father had sent him any letters. Although nothing came for Tyler, he asks the boy to do a job for him and deliver a package to the new student, Andy.
After Colonel Cochrane's sudden death, Sergeant Clark is placed in charge of conducting Kent's annual War Games. He explains the rules of the games to the students, with the objective being capturing the other team's flag and bring it back to their base. All students will pick up their rifles at the armoury before heading off to their base camps, with their ammo being red and blue coloured paint balls. When a student is hit with a paintball, they are declared dead and must head back to their base. After he finishes explaining the rules, he allows the commanders to take charge of their teams and begin the games.
