Trevor Cain is a student and altar boy at the Catholic reformatory school, Incarnate Lord.
Chucky: Season 2 (2022)[]
Lexy reintroduces herself to Trevor, as he used to bully her when they were younger, and makes a snide remark to his friends about a secret she promised to keep that he only has one testicle. Asking for her forgiveness, he claims he is no longer the same person he was back then. He feels sorry about how hard it must have been for her to have been dating a deranged killer, but believes the Lord brought her here so he can finally make things right with her.
The next day, he approaches Lexy in the hall and sees her taking her Clonazepam. He reminds her that students are forbidden to keep their own medication, causing her to quickly walk away. He follows suit, remarking that he saw her mother Michelle's name on the bottle, and that Michelle just lost her re-election for mayor. Before she walks up the stairs, he warns her she should be more careful with her drugs as if someone caught her using she would be stuck at this school until she turned 18, just like him.
The following morning, he runs into her again in the hall. He tells her that he is worried for her, as she has a drug problem and was just caught scoping out the infirmary. When Lexy asks what he wants, he tells her she must answer to him as "her higher power" otherwise he will make this school a living hell. Lexy tells him that she is sorry for her part in sending him here, but she refuses to bow down to him. As Sister Ruth enters the hall, Lexy loudly states that Trevor is looking for condoms, causing him to be reprimanded.
Death[]
Trevor's death.
Trevor sneaks into Lexy and Nadine's room to plant drugs in Lexy's dresser to get her in trouble during their upcoming room inspection. As he turns to leave, he comes face-to-face with Chucky. His initial bemusement quickly turns to fear as Chucky charges him, clocking him in the jaw. He falls to the ground hard, his mouth full of blood. Trying to get up, he pleads for his life as Chucky punches right through his chest and out his back, clutching his still-beating heart. Trevor collapses dead on the ground.
