Chief Warren Kincaid of the Clover Police Department is the uncle of the rambunctious Jade.
Warren was a well built man who is charged by his sister to take care of his 17-year old niece, who is a constant runaway and rule breaker of which he tried to correct.
Biography
Warren personally never felt compassion for his partying niece Jade and his self proclaimed poor choices. But seeing as he was the chief of police and was charged with taking care of her he wished not be looked down by his own sister for not grounding her and letting her run away into the night with her trailer trash boyfriend Jesse. Jesse was a trailer boy of the same age and height of miss Jade Kincaid and her one lover whom she planned to run away escaping her uncles clutches.
Kincaid tried at many successful attempts to prevent them from seeing each other which included having his overpaid fellow officer Norton Needlenose trail thew couple and frame them for planted misdeeds. Warren had the greatest authority which ensured the most stretched cover up would not be questioned.
Death
Warren shot with nails.
Warren was fatally wounded while planting marijuana in Jesse's van, later used for the joints of Tiffany and Chucky, and while the doll couple debated over which best to kill him they agreed on Tiffany's idea of Improvising. They garnered nails and a sack for the top ceiling and while luring him to the drivers compartment let the nails flying into his face, supposedly killing him, but unbeknownst to Chucky and Tiffany, it only gruesomely rendered him unconscious.
During Jesse and Jade's wedding at the chapel, he regained consciousness and pushed out of his entrapment in the containment box, and then tried to crawl away to find help to no prevail. Tiffany egged Chucky on to deal with Warren, and he met his end as Chucky stabbed him to death to finish him off with a large knife.
Notes
- When Chucky looks at Warren's nailed face, he states allowed "Why does that look so familiar?". This is a reference Hellraiser, as Warren's actor was also in that film.
