- "America is built on secrets, ma'am. And it would be a shame for this one to get out."
- ―Pryce blackmailing Charlotte.
Warren Pryce is a CIA agent, who vehemently opposes President James Collins' platform of transparency and refuses to allow the exposure of government secrets.
Chucky: Season 3 (2023)[]
After the apparent suicide of Secret Service Agent Teddy Brooks, Pryce is called in to investigate. He meets James and Spence in the Oval Office, with Charlotte attending to serve coffee as he insisted no staff be present. He explains to them he is here because the circumstances of Teddy's death are suspicious. With a contact at the Pentagon, he is given carte blanche access to all facilities in the White House, and he insists that James and his staff ignore his activities so he may work without any personal affinities or bureaucracy getting in the way. Concluding the meeting, Pryce makes his way to Henry's room to investigate the crime scene. Opening the closet, he spots the imprints of Good Guy doll shoes on the floor, and takes photographs of an imprint with one of Henry's shoes next to it for comparison.
That evening, Pryce happens to check into the Oval Office and discovers the corpse of James' secretary Samantha. He texts Charlotte to come meet him, and explains to her that he now believes there is a killer in the White House, and this person is most likely responsible for Teddy's death as well. Although she is panicked and insists on calling the police, he convinces her that they keep this a secret to protect James' presidency. Two CIA agents are called in to place Samantha's body into an antique chest, where she is taken out of the White House.
The next day, Pryce texts Charlotte to meet with him in a private office. He tells her that his team ran a private ballistics analysis on Teddy's death, and they believe it is extremely unlikely that Teddy could have handled his gun at such an extremely low angle to kill himself. He comes to the conclusion that the killer they are dealing with is a intelligent and dangerous professional with no respect for human life. Charlotte becomes angry that Pryce is still no closer to catching this killer, as she promised her results if she went along with his plans. Just before Charlotte leaves, the office phone rings. Pryce hands it to Charlotte, where the voice on the other line taunts them both that since they like cleaning up his messes, he just left another corpse for them. The two make their way back to where Charlotte was meeting with Miss Fairchild, and find her dead body on the ground. As Pryce inspects the crime scene, he reflects that the murder weapon, an American flag, is a message to them that the killer knows the government will continue to cover up his crimes. As Charlotte finds this all too much to handle, she tries to call the police. To stop her, Pryce gives her an envelope of photographs showing James cheating on her. While she thumbs through the photos, he clarifies that although he thinks James is an honourable man, he is not a fan of his platform of transparency. He believes that America was built on secrets, and blackmails her with the prospect of James' affair getting out to the public. He phones his agents to roll Miss Fairchild's corpse into the rug she died on, and dispose of it.
On the night of the Halloween Gala, Charlotte wishes to cancel the event as there is still a killer loose in the White House. Pryce believes this party is the perfect place to set a trap, and details an extensive surveillance plan to watch the movement off everyone spanning a couple blocks away from the White House. He will have CIA agents scan and track each party guest at the front gate, Secret Service watch the ballroom by camera, and a SWAT team monitor from the top of the building. Although he thinks the killer won't be brave enough to show up, if he does strikes they will catch him in the act. Once the party commences, Pryce sticks around in the ballroom. Suddenly in the midst of the evening, the power goes out in the White House. During this confusion, Pryce witnesses the large chandelier in the ballroom falls down and kills 10 partygoers.
The day after the Halloween Gala, Pryce meets with Charlotte. He questions if she has told James about their secret arrangements, but she insists that she will not involve her family to protect them. When she asks for updates, he reveals that the chandelier didn't fall by accident and that it had been tampered with. As their killer is getting more brazen, he suggests feeding some of their findings to the media, but Charlotte is vehemently against this at the risk of them looking complicate. Before their meeting ends, Pryce shows her security footage from the Halloween Gala, where what appears to be the ghost Joseph Collins vanishes on-screen. He suggests they may be dealing with something else other than just a single killer.
A couple days later, Pryce and Charlotte talk again. As both Henry and James think they are seeing ghosts, Charlotte is distraught over keeping secrets and wants to tell her husband the truth. Although she does not believe in these ghosts, Pryce thinks they are not dealing with just a serial killer and that there may be a supernatural element to these events. While she initially laughs, they both freeze as they witness the American flag in the room contort to show Miss Fairchild's death.
During the middle of the night, Pryce and Charlotte discover James had been murdered in Joseph's old room. They both witness blood manifesting on the wall, writing out "Chucky did it". He leaves her alone in the room to make a call, requesting his contact search for intel on any presidential associate that goes by "Chucky". He also arranges for his agents to remove James' corpse, and on Pryce's orders they attempt to force Charlotte to go into Joseph's dresser while they do their job. She runs out of the room to try and flee with her sons, but is stopped by Pryce. He bluntly explains that the death of the president by a "ghost" cannot get out to the public, and she and her sons are not permitted to leave.
In the morning, Pryce calls Charlotte to her office to fill her in on his intentions to bring in a government paranormal expert, Dr. Carol Lindstrom. As she demands to remove her family from the White House, he reminds her that she is complicit in covering up these murders and they cannot expose the truth now that the president is dead. He outlines that he has hired a body double to take James' place, a man named Randall Jenkins. In order to contrive a narrative that will be accepted by the public without destabilizing the government, he has orchestrated a plan to make it seem like James died after contracting a serious illness.
Later that evening, Pryce brings Randall into the Executive Residence, along with a slew of medical equipment that he made sure reporters saw as it was brought into the White House. A couple hours later, Pryce is alerted to a nuclear missile launch about to be activated in the Situation Room. He witnesses Chucky alive just before Coop shoots the doll. Although Pryce instructs Randall to abort the launches, Chucky manages to send off the North Pole missile right before he dies. Trying to salvage this situation, Pryce insists this is officially an accidental detonation and instructs Coop to contact NATO and lock down the White House.
The next day, Pryce has the White House cleared out except for his special ops agents for security. He has his agents lock Charlotte and Randall in his bedroom, and the teenagers in Grant's room. With Melanie furthuring rumours that James Collins is gravely ill, this gives them a reason for his explained death and allowing Spence to officially take over the presidency. Pryce is satisfied with this "full-on executive branch upgrade", and the end of James' transparent administration. Entering Randall's room, he discloses his plans to have Randall tape an announcement with Charlotte and her boys, explaining that James had been diagnosed with brain cancer and he is transferring the presidency to Spence. Charlotte is vehemently against this as her son Joseph died of cancer, but Pryce believes it will help the situation be realistic for the public.
When Carol Lindstrom and her associate Timmy Nash arrive at the White House, Pryce brings Grant and his friends to the Oval Office to meet his experts. He leaves them alone to discuss Chucky, as he goes forward with taping Randall's farewell video. When the recording is finished, Pryce reveals that he never intended for Randall to leave the White House alive and he is going to be die by lethal injection. Randall makes a run for the elevator, and is soon after found dead drenched in blood. Carol believes that the soul of Charles Lee Ray is still residing in the White House, and that they must have a séance to cleanse the building. In the evening, everyone still alive gathers in the Oval Office. Pryce tries to convince Spence to stay in the Executive Residence, but he decides to join in as he does not want to hide away like a child. However, during the séance Charles douses them all in blood from the fire sprinklers, throws an EVP speaker to the ground and electrocutes Carol, Spence, and Melanie.
Calling his contact, Pryce explains that the president, vice president and the double are now all dead, and they must now focus on contingencies. He overhears the others talk about going after Chucky in the Spirit Realm, which they can only do by dying. Providing a drug from the CIA, Jake is temporarily put under cardiac arrest, but he only has five minutes before they must revive him. After Jake is medically dead, he notes that in the CIA's trials with this drug people don't get brain damage until at least six minutes, although this is the first time this drug has been administered to a teenager. Once the timer on Devon's phone reaches two minutes, Pryce leaves the room with his CIA agents. They begin setting up multiple bombs around the White House, intending to destroy the building. Suspicious of the CIA agents leaving the room, Hicks follows after them and aims his gun at one of the agents to try and stop him as he sets the bomb's timer. However, Pryce raises a knife to Hicks' throat, revealing to him that the Collins family is going down. He slits the Secret Service agent's throat, and leaves him barely alive in the Oval Office while the other CIA agent sets the bomb's timer for one minute.
Death[]
Everyone starts fleeing the building when the bombs begin detonating. Grant splits off from the others to look for Hicks, finding him just before he succumbs to his injuries. Pryce then enters the room, remarking that "sacrifices must be made" and that although he wished this situation didn't have to come to this, he still likes it. Grant lunges towards Pryce, but he easily throws the boy over the table and onto the ground. He starts walking away to exit the room, but doesn't notice Grant quickly getting back up and running behind him with a chair. He breaks the chair over Pryce's head causing him to collapse momentarily, allowing Grant to exit and closes the door to the Oval Office, using a skeleton key that Hicks gave him to lock him inside.
Realizing he's trapped, Pryce screams that he will kill Grant and his friends before dawn breaks. As the bombs continue to detonate around him, he reaches to open another door, but is surprised to see the ghosts of historical figures walking towards him. Backing away from the ghosts, the other half the Oval Office explodes and is engulfed by fire. Some of the flames catch onto Pryce’s left arm and quickly spread up his entire body. Pryce manages to escape out of the Oval Office to the White House's front entrance, but he shortly after collapses and dies.
