Chucky: Season 3 (2023)[]
One night, Wendell is met by Jake, Devon and Lexy at his doorstep. Although he is put off at first, they are able to convince him to let them in with their story of their parents all being murdered. He can relate to their plight, explaining to them that in 1983, his eight-year-old son Tommy was stabbed to death in a shopping mall.
Inside his living room, they discover that he is a doll maker, and he created the Good Guy dolls. From a wall safe, he shows them the prototype Good Guy doll he created in 1987. He tells them that when the "Chucky" murders started in 1988, the Good Guys ruined him professionally, financially, and psychologically. But a few weeks ago, a new child the same age as his son came into his life to show him the beauty of what Chucky has done.
Caroline had manipulated Wendell into helping her and Chucky's plans to resurrect himself. He holds Devon and Lexy hostage with a gun, while Caroline transfers Chucky Prime's soul from Jake's body and into the Good Guy doll. From there, Wendell and Caroline then reveal that they were originally going to kill Devon, Jake and Lexy. But now they have a better idea to help keep Wendell company, giving him the laughter and children he's missed over the years. The trio have their souls transferred into miniature marionette dolls and are kept in a display cabinet in Wendell's living room.
Some time later, Tiffany arrives at Wendell's estate. He provides her with the original prototype Wedding Belle doll so she can transfer her soul, allowing Tiffany, Chucky and Caroline to leave with no loose ends. Shortly after they drive away, Nica enters the estate and comes across Wendell, screaming as he approaches her from behind.
